"Turkey Ham"

Allright, as I did research online (yep, no life...), I found that Turkey Ham is more common than I originally thought.  Mainly it has two purposes:
-Provide a "ham-like" experience for people whose religion precludes them from eating pork products; and,

-Provide a healthier "ham-ish" product that tastes like ham, but is healthier turkey.

So, it is a poultry product, made from turkey, then flavored and smoked to taste like ham.  So, there you go.

Enjoy your chicken nuggets tomorrow.
